Pang Xiaolin, Party secretary and chairman of Nantong Xingchen, was recently invited to attend Nantong Innovation and Development Conference. Nantong Xingchen was commended as the winner of the 21st China Patent Excellence Award, and Xu Huimin, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, personally presented the award to Pang Xiaolin.

In recent years, Nantong Xingchen has vigorously promoted the management of technological innovation, spared no effort to increase investment in technological innovation, and prioritized the development of intellectual property rights system and independent R&D of core technologies. Every year, special funds are set up for patent application, authorization reward, maintenance and alerts. R&D technicians are regularly organized to participate in relevant training, explore and make innovations, and submit patent applications. The company has now received a total of 43 authorized patents, including 33 invention patents. Since 2017-2019, Nantong Xingchen has won the China Patent Excellence Award for three consecutive years. It has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise for five consecutive times since 2008. It has won the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and the Special Prize of ChemChina Science and Technology Progress Award.
